One of Renew's features is that if a product is faulty, we will engage the manufacture acting on your behalf. Working with them directly to get the problem fixed and get your system back up and running as soon as possible. No need for you to call the manufacture to find the fault then work out a replacement of the product, we will do all of that for you.
