At Joomi, all products purchased through our online store include professional installation by our qualified in-house team. This policy applies only to products purchased directly through the Joomi online store.

Products supplied through a formal quote are subject to their own Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are included in the quote documentation provided at the time of purchase.


Warranty & Faulty Products

If a product purchased from our online store is found to be faulty and is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact Joomi directly. We will assist in arranging a replacement with the manufacturer.

To lodge a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Your name and contact details

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

  • A description of the issue

  • Any supporting photos or documentation

Removal of Faulty Products

If a faulty product needs to be removed:

  • You may arrange removal at your own cost, but it must be carried out by a qualified installer.

  • We strongly recommend using Joomi's in-house installers to maintain compliance and avoid any risk of voiding your warranty.

⚠️ Important: Removal or reinstallation by an unlicensed person may invalidate your warranty.
